Our public speaking and presentation experience is extensive: Thousands of legal and inspirational speeches and talks, including many universities, bar conferences, corporate meetings, courtroom appearances, in the US and internationally, both in person and online. Our guiding mission is to help businesses and individuals to move forward toward their goals, personally and professionally.
Our legal experience is also vast: from being in court thousands of times on hearings and trials, to creating and reviewing thousands of documents, and working with clients, friends and community organizations to solve legal problems and find a solution that fits them. Also, our founder, Eric M. Myers, Esq., has also worked at the Florida Supreme Court, where he wrote several opinions, ranging from corporate law to capital punishment. He was also a lead attorney and chair of the charitable trust for a prestigious international law firm in Miami, FL for many years, where he specialized in corporate and litigation matters. Additionally, he has been the managing attorney of two other major firms in Florida.
Mr. Myers received his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University in 2000, where he was on the Dean’s List, an officer of Phi Delta Phi Business Honor Fraternity, and was named to Who’s Who of American Law Students in both 1998 and 1999. Eric also has received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of Sigma Delta Business Honor Society and named to Who’s Who of Graduate Students. Eric also has received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida, where he served as President of the Student Government, and was a recognized expert in parliamentary procedure and Robert’s rules of order, giving many workshops on at statewide conventions, in the local community, and on campus.
